- Before buying a full kit, please purchase the sample kit to ensure you like the products & aren't allergic to any of the ingredients!
- Once products are purchased, shipped & delivered refunds are not available!
- If your products are damaged or leaked during transition, your damaged goods may be reshipped free of charge, but refunds are not available! (Please see "damaged goods" tab for further assistance)
Cancellation
- cancellations are available prior to shipment.
- If your order is shown "shipped" in the system & is in transit with usps to be delivered, your order is not available to be cancelled !
