"Order number & damaged goods ;
in the subject line!
Example: Order # XYZ-123 DAMAGED GOODS
Follow through with photos of how you received your package & clear photos of all items received.
(In order to receive reshipment you must follow these steps within 72 hour of receiving your purchase. If so all damaged items will be shipped to you charge free!)
LOST PACKAGES
If for any reason your package is lost during transition or stuck in the transitioning process, please reach out to USPS customer service. All orders have insurance so you will be able to submit a claim for any lost packages during shipment. if you need any further information regarding the package, please do not hesitate to reach out to me for updates!
